So-called “reed leaf glazing bars” inlaid in the center of the backboards. Ebonized maple or pear wood.

Birch wood veneered on a softwood body. Carved and gilded basswood bases and capitals.

Stuccoed and gilded leaf tip frieze in the gable zone.

Blackened parts of ebonized pearwood.

Authentic brass key sockets. Original locks and an original hand-cut key.

Mostly original glazing and mirroring.

High-quality Biedermeier ensemble consisting of a delicate half-cupboard in the shape of a chest of drawers; a bookcase and a writing desk. Excellent original condition.

Attributed to a master carpenter from Zeitz.

Thuringia, Zeitz, around 1835/40.

Cherry wood veneered on softwood body.

Partial thread inlays colored maple.

Original brass pressed fittings with brass handles. Solid, cast bronze column bases and Corinthian capitals.

The original feet are veneered in cherry wood.

The bookcase with predominantly authentic glazing and two original shelves.

Mirrored cherry wood veneer on the frame. Backrests and legs in solid cherry wood.

Reed leaf shoots probably pear wood with original ebonization.

Pre-upholstered with black nettle fabric.

Bird’s eye maple veneered on softwood. Capitals carved linden wood and brown patinated.

Original shelves. Feet replaced.
