Signed with punch stamp on the bottom of the drawer: “Wright & Mansfield”.

The Wright and Mansfield factory manufactured high-quality furniture between 1861 and 1884.

Hungarian flower ash veneered on mahogany body. Band inlays inlaid mahogany.

Original mechanism for extending the top part.

The drawers are framed on all sides by inlaid band edging made of dark-colored wood. Running across the entire depth of the desk.

Key plates inlaid, dark colored wood.

Original solid cherry tree pointed feet.

Authentic, solid box locks, one of which has been replaced.

Each drawer can be locked separately.

Design and execution at the Danhauser Manufactory, Vienna, around 1830.

Largely corresponding to Joseph Ulrich Danhauser’s chair model number “19”.

Upholstery renewed.

Front upholstery with black nettle fabric.

Very finely crafted and signed and dated Biedermeier secretary in the style of the Daniel court workshop, Munich, around 1825.

Upper Bavaria, around 1825.

Cherry wood and ebonized wood veneered on a softwood body. The interior of the secretary is completely veneered with cherry and plum wood.

Pointed feet added.

Original locks and bar lock.

The piece of furniture is signed and dated. The fittings have been replaced.
